SLC High School Transiton Program
This day program is designed for our 15 to 19 year old Structured Language students who will graduate from White Clay. It is based out of our farmhouse campus, in order to provide our students with optimal and varied vocational transitional programming.

Our farm near Fairhill State Park offers our students the experience of therapeutic outdoor learning here in so many ways. Periodically throughout the month, and weekly during our summer ESY program, our kids participate in:
